let's go grecian!

this was a pretty good episode.
more christian poses. now he looks sad and vulnerable. hehe
we start with the girls getting ready. jillian's hair has gotten smaller. the curls used to be very tight and spiraly, now they're just big and loose. i liked it better before.
see?
apparently rami has wanted to be a fashion designer since he was 5 years old. in jerusalem. how would he know about fashion?
so they go on another field trip. they were all worried cuz last time they made wrestling outfits. so they have to walk to the upper east side. i don't know where that is, or how far away it is, but they had to walk. they don't know where they're going though
and tim meets them at the metropolatin museum! omg! everyone's real excited.
so inside the MET, they're in this big room with old greek statues all over. tim tells them that the challenge is to use a piece of artwork for their inspiration.
rami is natrally excited about all the drapery. he should have known that he keeps getting in trouble for it. he does know that, i think, but he keeps saying "you guys presented me with this challenge, and i had to take the opportunity". you could have suprised them, and done something else! but no... he chooses afrodite.
christian really loved the european art gallery. of course. they play some frilly music while he talks about it. he chooses this spanish military painting of a man and an ugly dog. okay...
jillian picks this painting... something with arganats. or something like that... she's gonna make a jacket! gasp!
sweet p's was a peacock. how is she gonna do that...?
christian talks about how he doesn't want to be safe. so he makes a whole freakin collection. seriously, he just kept cutting and sewing and modeling things.
he had like 3 pieces done and sweet p was still making her pattern.
about that pattern... she kept asking people for their opinions. this far in, it should be her decision and her vision. she's very unconfident, i think.
he says how jillian "has been pressing for 3 hours" and she snaps at him. she's like "i'm making pleetes! i'm self consience enough as it is, i don't need people talking about me." he responds with, "oo, don't get bitchy." much to chris' amusement, cuz you know christian's the bitchiest of the bunch. then he says, "jillin, i'm just not saying anything around you anymore, i'm so over it." and she says "i'm over it too." like a 6 year old copy cat.
christian was making these giant sleeves. like huge. bigger than him. at one point he says "this is too much cotton, even for me." lol, true dat.
here's him sewing. he does a lot of those ruffle things.
rami makes a comment (clearly about christian) about how "people" are doing way too much and it's not always about being loud, it's about making beautiful things. whatever. christian was making beautiful things, but he wasn't being safe and boring.
tim comes over to say "it's stunning" which he says a lot to rami. but then he asks about the fact that nina's seen it before. i know that.
the models come, but lea doesn't. she had some sort of family emergency or something. she does come later, when there are 2 hours left.
chris' was high coutor. it looked just like the one with christian, with the shoulder thing. he finished early, so he went to sleep. that man sleeps more on that show than any other person i think i've ever seen on there. elisa was the only other one who took a nap, but she's gone now, isn't she? so tim comes and he's like "where's chris!" just like "where's andrae!?" then he says he's gonna go wake him up. and christian says "you tell him tim!" lol. of course christian is done, he probably has been for hours, but he's still "snipping threads", making it perfect. so he wakes him up, and chris is very like "it's perfect, i won't change anything." and tim is worried.
jillian is like done with her jacket! christian says "omg" cuz it's a first.
the make up is very important for the challenge. so they meet with colier strong, a strange lookin man if i ever did see one. christian wants a very masculine look, with "eyebrows for days" cuz he "loves a good brow". okay buddy.
we hear this whole story about christian. how he graduated high school and moved to london right away. then he was there for three years, working with mcqueen and westwood. oy.
tim loves his stuff. "the blouse looks so good on me!" that's what matters, isn't it? but he's worried about this cape like thing that he made. christian wants all of his pieces to be able to be worn as separates. which is smart.... then he says the cape for over eavening kinda confusedly and makes a face. then tim says "okay...." and something else, and christian says "i know lady, don't you worry" much to the amusement of tim.
he checks on sweet p. he doesn't think the blocks of color look feathery, which is whas sweet p said they represented.
jillian still had to make like the whole dress! how does that work? i thought she was done, or close, that's how she made it sound. but no... and right at the end she needs steam[!] and there isn't any and she cuts the hem while lauren is wearing it.
so the morning of the runway show, chris says, "wow, i can't believe nobody hated each other!" and christian scoffs, "who didn't hate each other!?? i mean, damn, i was ready to cut somebody every 5 minutes!" hehehe. he probably was
christian says that because this the last runway show... "i have to look fabulous... so, i made sure my hair was extra fierce..." so they show his bowl type hair (obviously when it's not flat ironed) and then they show him flat ironing. he is a monster with that flat iron. it was really loud cuz he goes so fast. i was amazed.
then we see rami trimming his beard hairs with a tiny siccors. how do you spell siccors?... rami is a weird kid.

finally, designs

jillian. it's another large collared jacket with cut outs in the back. she does it well, but this is the... third time she's made one. all in a row, except for the WWE challenge. i think she realized she does it pretty good and the judges always (almost) like it. so she just keeps doing it. but it takes soo much time. the dress is up there, with christian. the judges don't see the translation from the artwork though, which could be bad.

christian. i, personally, love it. there's like 4 pieces, the pants, blouse, vest, and cape thing, which lisa took off on the runway. she looked kinda scary though, with her eyebrows for days. she was supposed to look like a man.... okay. christian says he likes to play with masculine and feminine a lot in his work. okay agian.

just a word about his shirt. see how it's like low cut, kinda? i hate that. i think i mentioned that

last episod, but i do really really hate it. go back to the polos!!!

chirstopher. it is just like the hair challenge! i wanted to slap him. the judges did call him out on it, so that was good. nina says that he has other trix, so he should have done something different.

sweet p. lea has blue feathers in her hair. i like it. most people didn't, "M" thought it was the ugliest thing in the world, but i liked it. i could kinda see the translation from peacock to dress. it was just very comercial. the others' were high fashion, and hers wasnt'. but that's not what she does. she does comercial things.

ramram. what can i say? it's another draped, grecian dress. of course, that was part of the challenge this week, but still. i'm sick of him.

winner

christian!!!!!! yay!!!! i was so happy, and he was too. that means he's goin to fashion week!!! and going to fashion week right off a win is kinda important, i think. he prances way behind the screen. i laughed, but i also thought that was kinda dumb.

then they say that jillian is safe, she's going to fashion week. whatever, i don't care.

Auf'd

did i mention that 2 people are going home? so this is the last challenge...

rami, chris, and sweet p are still standing.

then heidi says, "sweet p, you're out". she cries later. i will miss her, she was funny, but i think the decision was right.

then chris and rami are still standing. heidi goes over the bad things, then says, chris, you're in. and chris is like WHAT!??! cuz he never thought he would beat rami, the rami, kashou.

then she says, rami, you're also in.

i was just like, this is crap. i was waiting for 2 people to go home! i was sooo happy while i thought rami was out, but then my jaw dropped. i was mad.

but, there's a catch. they both will make a collection, but only one will show at fashion week. the judges will see their 3 strongest looks, and pick the winner. so it will be like a mini challenge, for the 2 of them. this is stupid.

celebration! it's legal for christian to drink, so he goes to it! he reminds me of a pony in this picture, but i don't know why. lol he's so funny.

next week, reunion special! i can't wait... but i can cuz it already happened for me. oh well.
